By accessing this website, joining a community, booking a session, or purchasing premium access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. What we provide
Princy Trades Academy provides trading education: community access, recorded and live content, and 1-to-1 mentorship sessions. We are not a brokerage, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing we publish or say is financial advice. See our Risk Disclaimer.
3. Accounts and access
- Premium access is personal to you. Sharing logins, invite links, or paid content with non-members is not permitted and may result in removal without refund.
- You must be at least 18 to purchase premium access or book a session.
- We may suspend or remove anyone whose conduct harms the community — harassment, spam, scam promotion, or solicitation of other members.
4. Payments
Premium access is a recurring subscription, billed at the price and interval stated at checkout. There are no hidden fees and no minimum term — you may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All course material, recordings, written content, and branding remain the property of Princy Trades Academy. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning. Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing it is prohibited.
6. Mentorship sessions
1-to-1 sessions are scheduled through Calendly. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through your booking link. Sessions are educational reviews of your trading — they are not personalized investment advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Princy Trades Academy is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our content or services. Your trading decisions are your own. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
